Product Quality: I ordered 4 blank hoodies from this company. When wearing one of the hoodies for the first time, I realized the stitching in one of the arms had come apart. I called the company directly to advise them of the defect. I was told they would make a 1 time exception and accept the garment as a return. However, upon learning that the garment had been pressed with my company logo, they rescinded their offer to accept the return.
Given that the company’s branding is selling clothing “for crafting and DIY projects”, I find their practices to be deceptive at best.
I would highly advise against doing business with this company
