My height is 5’1 and the skirt is short. When I say short for 5’1. I think it is really short, so if you are someone who wants to wear it without any stockings, you need to have really beautiful lower but  because it exactly ends where your butt ends. It comes with a shorts inside, which is very thin quality. The material is okay and does not look as good as it looks on the website. also, my waist is 27 and I think it’s a little tight, so I would suggest going a size up.
