I have a pear shaped figure, even if I'm a little chubby (5'2, 64kgs) it is slightly loose around my waist even if I've picked small. I wouldn't say that the size is too far off, it really depends on the figure of the person. So, if you and I have similar body shape (pear shape), height and weight, picking size S would be the best choice. 

The material is light, great for summer or early fall. the length goes a little below the knee for me, or mid calf. the skirt looks exactly like the picture, but even better in person. it's more flowy than i expected. not transparent, has inner lining. hope this review helps. kindly give me a like if it did. 😊
